Chippy’s Golf Side Bungalow is a quaint cabin that features a main room that has a full-service kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, sink, microwave, dining table, comfy sofa, and chair, toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, glasses/cups. This cabin has air conditioning, heat, and a flat-screen TV, fire ring & picnic table. Chippy’s Golf Side Bungalow has a full bathroom that is ADA compliant with a shower, toilet, and sink. The bedroom has 1 full-size bed and a convenient closet. The bunk area is located in the main room and has two twin beds. All linens are included in this rental. A $100 cash security deposit will be collected at check-in and returned upon a successful walkthrough at check-out. No other units will be allowed on the site. Sleeps 4
Chippy’s Bungalow 28/29/30/31/32-
You will be comfortable in Chippy’s Bungalow that is tastefully designed for easy living. Included in the cabin are a microwave, stove top, and refrigerator in the kitchenette. Eat dinner and enjoy a game at the family table or hang out on the comfy furnishings. In the evening roast s’ mores at your own fire pit or grill out and hang out on the deck. Don’t worry you will have a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and toilet right in your bungalow. You will find two bedrooms with a double bed in one and a double bed and single bunk in the 2nd. Chippy’s Bungalow has central air to cool off on those hot summer nights.
Chippy’s Bungalow sleeps 6 and is pet free.
$100 cash security deposit is due at check-in visit. All vehicles must display a registration tag.
