Our namesake cottage is quite the charmer! Walking into the open kitchen/dining area will get you excited to prepare family meals! Newly remodeled with a custom bar table and counter seating, is sure to make family conversations fun and easy. The open-concept living space has plenty of room for you to gather, play games, or watch a movie! Our 4, tastefully decorated bedrooms, will sleep 12 comfortably after you spend the day making memories at our resort. Evergreen Cottage has 2 full bathrooms, plus lower living space for everyone to feel refreshed and squeaky clean! Outside you will find a spacious yard and patio, that boasts a fire pit for you to enjoy the sunsets over Kusel Lake.
$100 cash security deposit is due at check-in visit. All vehicles must display a registration tag.
