Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
When making online reservations payment must be in full by credit/debit card. Reservations by phone will require one night down at the time of booking (except for Holiday weekends which require full payment). You must be 21 or older to make reservations. Rates for individual sites are based on one family (2 adults and dependent children under 18). Additional cost per person is $7 a day. More than one camping unit on your campsite will be charged as an additional campsite.
Please remember to notify at the time of reservation if you are a Goodsam member or have any gift cards you would like to use. One discount per family per stay.
No items are to be nailed or screwed to trees. Do not alter any part of the campsite such as shrubs, tree branches, fire rings, etc. Each campsite has one fire ring and one picnic table. If you move your table, please put it back. Campfires are allowed in the provided fire rings ONLY! Please do not move the fire rings. Please place garbage in bags and deposit in the dumpsters located at the front of the Resort. Trash pick-up service is not available, so please do not leave it on your site. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted in the campground. Camper agrees that any photographs taken by staff, which they or their family appear in, may be used for advertising purposes.
Please bring your own linens, blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glassware, etc. The Resort provides a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator. Entry rugs are provided please do not put outside. Smoking is not permitted in Cabins.
Your Cottage is fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen including, dishes, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, crockpot, griddle, and basic cooking utensils. Linens are provided for all beds (bunk beds are supplied however beds will not be made). Towels are provided for the # of guests the Cottage sleeps. Entry rugs are provided please do not put outside.
Quiet Time Policy:
Please be considerate of others. Quiet hours in the Resort is 11 pm to 8 am. Minors must be supervised and back at your site by 11 pm. Campground Management may remove anyone due to disruptive behavior.
Please alert your guests ahead of time that they must register at Chippy’s Camp Store to pay fees and receive registration tag and gate key ($10 refundable cash fee for gate key). All guests must leave campground before 10 pm (if purchased a one day stay). Campers are responsible for the conduct of their guests and are personally liable for any injury or property damage arising from the actions of their guests.
Motor Vehicle, Bicycles and Golf Cart Policy:
We have a lot of little campers so please obey the 5 miles per hour speed limit throughout the campground. DO NOT park extra vehicles in empty sites or along the roadways. All vehicles must display a valid car pass with site number. Mini bikes, dirt bikes, scooters, kiddie cars, hoverboards are not permitted. Golf carts are available to rent at the Chippy’s Camp Store. Personal golf carts may be brought to the campground so long as proof of insurance is provided and it is registered at the office upon check-in. There is a $40 fee for personal golf carts. All drivers, of a rented or privately owned golf cart, must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 to operate the said vehicle on our property. Bicycles ridden after dark must have lights. Do not cut through other campsites with golf carts, bikes, cars or by foot.
There is no lifeguard on duty at the Chippy’s Waterpark or Chippy’s Sports Beach. Chippy’s Waterpark hours are from 9:00 am to dusk and Chippy’s Sports Beach hours are from sun up to sun down. At Chippy’s Waterpark please do not use inflatables.
Pets are to be kept on a leash and never left unattended outside your camper. Barking dogs will be required to leave. Pet waste must immediately be picked up and disposed of properly. Pets are not allowed in any building, swimming pool area or on the beach. There is a $50 fee per pet for any Cabin or Cottage Rentals.
