Chippy’s Policies

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  1. **Reservation Payment:** When booking a reservation, you are required to make the full payment using a credit or debit card at time of booking.
  2. **Age Requirement:** To make a reservation, you must be at least 21 years old. 
  3. **Additional Guest Fees:** If your camping party exceeds the included family unit (2 adults and dependent children under 18), there is an extra charge of $10 per person per day.
  4. **Multiple Camping Units on One Site:** If you have more than one camping unit (such as tents or RVs) on your campsite, each additional unit will incur a separate campsite charge to account for additional space and resource usage.

Campsite Policy

No items are to be nailed or screwed to trees. Do not alter any part of the campsite such as shrubs, tree branches, fire rings, etc. Each campsite has one fire ring and one picnic table. If you move your table, please put it back. Campfires are allowed in the provided fire rings ONLY! Please do not move the fire rings. Please place garbage in bags and deposit in the compactor located at the front of the Resort. Trash pick-up service is not available, so please do not leave it on your site. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted in the campground. Camper agrees that any photographs taken by staff, which they or their family appear in, may be used for advertising purposes.

Quiet Time Policy

Please be considerate of others. Quiet hours in the Resort is 10 pm to 8 am. Minors must be supervised and back at your site by 10 pm. Campground Management may remove anyone due to disruptive behavior.

Guest Policy

Please alert your guests ahead of time that they must register at Chippy’s Lodge to pay a  Visitor Fee. Each vehicle must receive registration tag and gate key ($10 refundable cash fee for gate key). All guests must leave campground before 9 pm (if purchased a one day stay). Campers are responsible for the conduct of their guests and are personally liable for any injury or property damage arising from the actions of their guests.

Motor Vehicle, Bicycles and Golf Cart Policy

We have a lot of little campers so please obey the 5 miles per hour speed limit throughout the campground. DO NOT park extra vehicles in empty sites or along the roadways.  All vehicles must display a valid car pass with site number. Mini bikes, dirt bikes, scooters, e-bikes, kiddie cars, hoverboards are not permitted. Golf carts are available to rent at the Chippy’s Camp Store.  Personal golf carts may be brought to the campground with park approval and proof of insurance is provided and it is registered at the office upon check-in.  There is a $50 fee for personal golf carts.  All drivers, of a rented or privately owned golf cart, must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 to operate the said vehicle on our property. Bicycles ridden after dark must have lights. Do not cut through other campsites with golf carts, bikes, cars or by foot.

Swimming Policy

There is no lifeguard on duty at the Chippy’s Waterpark or Chippy’s Sports Beach. Chippy’s Waterpark hours are from 9:00 am to dusk and Chippy’s Sports Beach hours are from sun up to sundown. At Chippy’s Waterpark please do not use inflatables.

Pet Policy

Pets are to be kept on a leash and never left unattended outside your camper. Barking dogs will be required to leave. Pet waste must immediately be picked up and disposed of properly. Pets are not allowed in any building, swimming pool area or on the beach. There is a $100 fee per pet for any Cabin or Cottage Rentals.

We welcome early check-ins based on availability only. Please call ahead to ensure we can check you in early. Please call 48 hours to check on early check-in/availability.

Late Check Out Policy

We welcome late check-outs based on availability only. Please call ahead to ensure we can check you out late.
